About Our Club

Founded before 1990, the Woodsboro/New Midway Recreation Council (WNMRC) is a volunteer organization which has made a variety of recreational activities available to youth and adults in Woodsboro, Maryland and surrounding local areas. As a member of the Frederick County Association of Recreation Councils, the WNMRC has been committed to offering a mixture of leisure programs that promote caring, good sportsmanship, development of quality character traits and provide for a strong sense of community.
